Saute onion, garlic, jalepeno and throw into slow cooker with chicken, red pepper, celery, chicken broth, lime juice, cumin. Shred chicken and add onion, cilantro, avocado, sour cream or non fat yogurt. Instead of tortilla chips I used taro chips they are my fav. Yum, try this one you can't screw it up.
My friend Megan is 20 hours into labor...ppppuuuuusssshhhhhh! So excited for them, I guess that means I am ALMOST ready to have kids:)


















process of trying to eat most of it so I can start fresh. Right now we are producing tons of herbs, eggplant, sweet potatoes, onions, kale, avocados, papayas, ruby red grapefruits, and all of the above. I feel rich today and loving all the time in the yard!
