Digging this vegetarian thing... Tested by Kevin, the first time I made it small, and this time he said go bigger, so we have enough bean dip to last us a month.
Bottom - mashed Anasazi beans (or any beans), onions, jalepenos (mix and warm in pan)
Next - Melt lowfat shredded cheese over
Next - Plain nonfat greek yogurt
Next - Mash avocadoes, salsa, lime together
Next - Cilantro, shredded cheese, olives (warm under broiler)
Next -fresh tomatoes
