Went to Arieh's going away dinner last night, he's flying out tonight for LA. He'll be finishing his residency at a UCLA hospital. Take care man, I'm sure we'll be seeing each other in the near future. I got two hours of kiting in this evening, it was perfect conditions. I'm really starting to figure it out, I'm going to miss Kailua Bay. It's going to be tough to kite regularly in Arizona but I'm gonna give it a shot. It's going to take some serious recon of lakes around Phoenix, I've seen it in magizine so it give me hope. There is a family of pigs that hangs out on the side of the house every evening, last night there where 4 babies and the mom. I tried to get some pictures but they didn't turn out, it was too dark. Ethan has created a pig hunting device that consists of a big knife tied to the end of a stick, we might be eating pig soon. Only two more days and we'll be raging on the Big Island, I can't wait.

I decided to hit Zion National Park on the way up to Deer Valley Utah next week. Hopefully my brother Tav can meet up with me from Vegas. It should be fun. Stay tuned for some shots. I think I will have wireless where I am staying near Deer Valley. Posted by Picasa

Another sweet weekend in the books, Ethan chartered a sailboat yesterday for a little going away party for his brother Arieh. The weather was perfect and the water was crystal clear. We saw tons of dolphins and checked out a couple shipwrecks when we where snorkeling. Today and friday I got in some big rides, over 9 hrs, in preperation for the Big Island trip next weekend. I booked the cabin at Volcano's and the hotel in Hilo, now is all we have to do is get there and start riding, it's going to be awesome. Thanks to Ethan I have regular computer access so I'll be posting shots more often, later.

Great day today, rode Reddington to Arizona Trail this morning about 4 hours because I was taking pictures. It was beautiful! Then I went to Randy's house, Kevin graduated with him, and hung out with his family. In the evening my friend Kim had a solo singing gig at Tucson Community Church, so I went to see her, she was great. She might be the next american idol, and I am friends with her:) In the morning I am riding Mt Lemmon with my friend Jewels. I did get 4th of July week off to go to Deer Valley, so I am really excited about my first road trip. Posted by Picasa

I'm officially homeless, our new renters moved in today, Miguel and Michelle. I'm going to be moving back to the old stomping grounds of Manoa. Ethan, Arieh and Jeff are going to take me in. Thanks guys. I was orginally going to move in at the end of the month when Arieh moves to Cali but today sounded like a better plan. The epic Big Island Cycling Adventure in on, I booked plane tickets and rooms. Me, Jesse #2 and Kristy are flying to the big island the morning of July 1st and meeting Jesse #1. We're riding from the Kona airport to volcanoes national park and staying in a sweet cabin the first night, 107 miles. The next day will be a leisuring cruise to Hilo, only 30 miles. Day three will be a gnarly 75 miles finishing with monstor climbs up to the northern tip of Kohala where we will camp with Jesse #1's field school students, he's leading a six week field school over there. The last day will be a 55 mile scenic cruise back down to catch our plane to Oahu, that's what I call an epic 4th of July weekend. I'm planing a huge trip when I leave here that well take me back to Tucson but heading west on a worldwide adventure, I'll keep you posted.

I got to see the sunrise and sunset today. Enjoyed my last day off because back to work tomorrow. Me and Molly climbed Mt Lemmon to the 11 mile mark. Didn't feel to bad considering I climbed Reddington road the day prior. I love being back on my bike. I am even thinking of driving 12 hours to Deer Valley Utah to race and see my friend Sue Haywood kick some but at the NORBA race. We will see how work feels about letting me off at the beginning of July, after only working 2 weeks:)

Had an awesome weekend, left the house friday evening and still haven't been home. Got two nights of camping in and two good rides. Looks like I'm going to be on an extended camping trip until I leave. Jesse and I are starting to plan the three day biking trip around the big island in July, should be epic. Tried to post some pics but for some reason it won't work, just imagine sweet views of mountains and ocean.

I got out before the sun came up this morning and rode my mt. bike to Sabino Canyon to meet my friends Rob, Kim and Maria. It was such a good morning, I got a ride in and a hike and got to hang out with my good friends. We had a great time. These guys keep me laughing. Posted by Picasa
