Baking to survive midshifts.
I tried baking my first coffee cake and relplaced the main ingrediant (sour cream) with nonfat greek yogurt. I am such a rebel, it turned out yummy.

Good climbs that you can bairly ride in your granny gear.

Two more days of work and then Christina and her boyfriend Steve are taking me out on their sail boat for a sunset sail....oh my...life in Hawaii is good...just need to get Kevin here... stay tuned for pics.

Mountain biking with killer views

Finally, some single track in Hawaii. I got to ride with the two most awesome mountain bikers on Oahu. Christina Begy that I raced a 24 hour race with back in the day, she is bad ass and I discovered she has lived here for 4 years, and her amazing boyfriend Steve that is going to get along with Kevin so well he owns a construction company, sails, surfs, kite boards you name it. They showed me an awesome trail on the North Shore today that consisted of a 3 hour ride. Amazing!

A crazy downhill jump.

Then I snorkled sharks cove and saw the Hawaii state fish Humuhumunukunukuapua'a. Say that one three times fast.

Awesome visit!
We stayed busy during Kevin's visit. I counted 16 things Kevin did around the house to make my life easier. We also hiked and went to our favorite beaches. My brother at ipoxstudios took some great photos, I don't even remember my camera anymore, they are hard to top. Thanks Tav.
