One of the best sections of road cycling in the world. Around Haunama Bay out to Makapu'u.
Apple banana crepes with walnuts and powder sugar. My brother had them in Holland and wanted me to try and make them. He said the only thing that was missing was whip cream on top...jeeezzzzz picky!
Tav and I hit Kailua beach after the race. 
I ran another HURT trail running race. 8 miles called run with a view. It was spectacular. It started to rain up the first road to the trail, it was the hardest part you can see by my face, but the rain felt so amazing.
