Breakfast
Try Almond flour or coconut flour pancakes...they are yummy!

2 whole eggs, one egg white, 1 tbls butter or oil, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1/2 tsp honey, 1 tsp vanilla, dash of salt, 1/2 cup of almond or coconut flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4-1/2 water, add whatever you like blueberries, nuts, etc.
I had them with uncured bacon and a papaya from our tree, the best combo.
