At Gila with Swine Flu...
Going on my fourth stage tomorrow at Gila with hacking up a lung. Like Tour de Gila isn't hard enough. I started the race out with a scratchy throat and stuffy nose and just progressively got worse. Every stage is so hard because I can't breath, and the altitude doesn't help. It is funny going into the grocery store when you are coughing, everyone looks at you like you are contageous and you have the Swine flu. But for the most part I am enjoying Silver City and my team is awesome. The girls are doing so well, check out the write ups from Mel on the Womens bike talk Link. Some big name teams are here, it is amazing just to be in the Pro,1,2 race with some champion women, and Lance Armstrong and the team really has made an impact, they are putting bleachers around the crit course tomorrow.

Kevin has moved us into our new house, and is already shopping around for kitchen upgrades. I can't wait to get home and start working on the house and running more. I need some quality time off the bike. I guess if I survive these five days I can almost do anything. Don't worry mom, I really don't have Swine flu:)
