I finally got out to Lake Patagonia today. About and hour SE from Tucson. It was nice to be near water again. These crazy girls talked me into swimming 1500 and then trail running about an hour. Some of them are training for Arizona Ironman in April 2007. That is one thing I have not done, so I am considering it. We had alot of fun and two of the girls work with me. I am so lucky to meet girls that love to work out. I am riding with them up Mt. Lemon tomorrow, so I can be comfortable in my discipline after getting raged on in the water today.
