Paddling, Cycling, and running
 Other then being busy with work, I have been trying to work out as much as possible.  I paddled with a group of girls, 6-man canoe, last night for the first time in 5 years.  Since I crossed the channel from Molakai to Oahu.  It was so amazing, I might be hooked again.
 After a year of trying to eat vegetarian, and only eating seafood, I realized I just didn't have the energy I needed to maintain hard efforts on a bike.  I read that you have to eat 5 times as much beans and rice to get the same nutrition as a lean piece of meat.  Anyway, I have been incorporating lean meat into my diet again and I feel amazing.  I don't know how I went a year.
