Nice . . . Rice too? I love the idea of chickens for eggs because there's alot of problems with samonella these days with store-bought eggs . . . I mainly focus on beans and rice and cheese, no bread, no meat, no dairy except a little butter and cheese, but at least that is a better process than the milk (ugh). . . no yogurt and no cottage cheese and no ooey gooey dairy additives! You're on a roll and you are 1 of 4 of my favorite heroes! I love you dearly and MORE!
